Catch & Dispatch

Even if you do not use a DATAGROUP Service Desk, we certainly want to offer you the personal contact and high-quality services for which DATAGROUP is known. For this reason, we have developed the CORBOX Catch & Dispatch service.

Our employees centrally receive your inquiries, classify them with the help of your service catalogue and forward them to the responsible unit.

Unlike the Service Desk, Catch & Dispatch does not offer first-level support. Your requests and reported incidents are always forwarded for subsequent processing.

You can reach your Catch & Dispatch contact by telephone, email and fax or via an optional self-service portal. Thanks to a virtual multi-channel ACD (automatic call distribution) the appropriate employee for your request is just a keystroke away.

Needless to say, we do not only receive your messages but also categorize and prioritize them in our ticketing tool. Wherever necessary, we forward them to second-level support or to the appropriate partner.

Additionally, we follow up and document the processing status over the ticket’s entire lifetime – to ensure that you service request is executed quickly, smoothly and to your full satisfaction.
