A lot of companies use SAP solutions for the management of fundamental business processes such as accounting, sales, procurement and stock-keeping. The recorded data and processes are relevant to business and must be protected from changes and manipulation. We assist you in this matter with our SAP Archive Service.

We provide you with a dedicated platform with KGS content server, a shared or dedicated archive platform on the basis of OpenText in the DATAGROUP Managed & Private Cloud, for the electronic archiving of data and documents generated in SAP applications. Additionally, we also operate any other certified SAP ArchiveLink archive platform at the customer’s request. Optionally, we additionally archive information on revision-proof, mirrored storage facilities.

We procure and operate the necessary hardware and database software, ensure adequate archiving and recovery of documents and data, and connect the archive to your SAP systems.

If you decide for a revision-proof long-term archiving, we also store the information on redundant NetApp filers and protect them against changes with the SnapLock process.

The archive is accessed via the SAP ArchiveLink interface which is integrated in the SAP application server. It does not only allow the connection to an archiving system but also a connection between archived documents and the application documents recorded in the SAP system.

We can store receipts such as scanned paper documents, faxes or electronic vouchers and also source documents such as orders, invoices or payment reminders, and can file and manage lists and archive files generated in SAP. The archived documents can be directly shown in SAP or, optionally, via the SAP NetWeaver portal.
