More than 50,000 employees were surveyed in the comprehensive study by the business magazine Stern in cooperation with the market research institute Statista. The survey was conducted online and independently of employers and included numerous questions about the employee’s own company and others in the industry. However, the decisive factor for the ranking was whether employees would recommend their own employer. This was the case for DATAGROUP, which is ranked 8th among the top 35 employers in the IT and telecommunications industry.

IT is one of the industries that is particularly affected by the shortage of skilled workers. As a growing IT service provider with about 3,500 employees, DATAGROUP competes with employers from numerous industries. “Our employees are the heart of our company. The ranking shows that we are on the right track in this respect,” explains Dr. Sabine Laukemann, Representative Director Human Resources. Across all industries, DATAGROUP even reaches 140th place out of a total of 650 among the listed companies.
