For DATAGROUP, AI technology has the potential to make our business model even more scalable and productive by using it to automate the production of CORBOX IT services in the future.
To implement this strategy, we have developed CORIntelligence, an AI platform that is used as the central AI Ops technology at DATAGROUP. As one of the core elements of CORBOX, CORIntelligence is deeply integrated into all of our services. It is a powerful tool for the automated operation of complex systems that has been developed over many years. With the knowledge of experts, the system is trained for day-to-day tasks in order to solve comparable tasks automatically in the future. In contrast to large language models such as ChatGPT, CORIntelligence does not just prepare existing knowledge in a readable format. The system can use the knowledge it has learnt to make decisions by weighing up the consequences and putting together its own solutions – just as a human would. The AI platform CORIntelligence provides the technical basis for a paradigm shift at DATAGROUP.

We assume that this attractive environment for people interested in AI will become a centre of attraction in the IT labour market, which is challenging for employers.
