Pliezhausen, October 28, 2019. DATAGROUP SE (WKN A0JC8S) today announces that the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Dr.-Ing. Helmut Mahler, has resigned from the board with effect from September 30, 2019. The District Court of Stuttgart decided on the judicial appointment of a substitute member according to § 104 of the Stock Corporation Act with effect from October 23, 2019.
The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of DATAGROUP thank Dr. Mahler for the good cooperation and his commitment to the company. “We regret the resignation of Mr. Mahler. Thanks to his specific expertise in IT security he made a major contribution to the improvement of our structure and organization in this area”, said Max H.-H. Schaber, CEO of DATAGROUP SE. Dr Mahler has been a member of the Supervisory Board since December 2016.
Today, the District Court of Stuttgart decided on the judicial appointment of Dr. Hubert Deutsch as a substitute member from October 23, 2019. “We are very pleased that Mr. Deutsch will join the Supervisory Board of DATAGROUP. He has an excellent knowledge of the German Mittelstand and is very familiar with the special requirements of our target customers based on his own entrepreneurial business experience”, said Heinz Hilgert, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DATAGROUP SE. “His broad experience in strategic business development and in the digitization of business processes will be a very good supplement to the Supervisory Board of DATAGROUP. We look forward to working together with Mr. Deutsch.”
Mr. Deutsch has been the Chairman of the Managing Board of Blank Holding GmbH since January 1, 2019, after he held several roles within the Liebherr Group for some 18 years.
